Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we will not be able to cancel it.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return/refund process below.

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If this occurs, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable (if applicable)
- Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution

Because we work with international suppliers, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
In most cases:
- You may not be required to return the item for low-cost or international shipments
- If a return is required, we will provide instructions at that time

- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank (there is often a processing delay)
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Items without proof of purchase

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal carriers, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
